I m going to try a few carbs. All you have to do is re assemble the top end break it in and rejet the carb. I just ordered my big bore kit from sxparts on ebay. I had thought about the bore kit before i installed the pipe but no more.

In my opinion i think the klx 250 is a one bike that does all there are bikes that are only good for there purpose which is either off road or on road but the klx 250 is not one of those bikes it s good for either off road or on road and seems to be a very capable bike getting great transaction off road where some off road bikes seem to really struggle and still being smooth comfortable.
